Meet the Doctors 

David E. Stamos, DDS, MS

Dr. Davd E. Stamos was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is a Board-certified Endodontist who received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1983. He completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital  in Leavenworth, Kansas in 1984. He did his graduate residency in endodontics at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He started practicing in 1986.  He is a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and belongs to a number of organizations: The American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Greater Kansas City Dental Association and various local study groups. He has have devoted his professional career to all aspects of endodontics with special interests in the treatment of routine and complex root canal cases. 

Alexander W. Stamos, DDS, MS 

Dr. Alexander W. Stamos was born and raised in Blue Springs, MO. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Psychology in 2010. He received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2014. After dental school, he continued his training and completed a general practice residency at the Ohio State University in 2015. He completed his residency in endodontics at the Ohio State University in 2017. During his time in residency he received extensive training in local anesthesia. He completed his masters research in local anesthesia and postoperative pain management. He served as the Chief resident during his second year of residency. He returned to the area in which he grew up to join his father in private practice.
